Because these products are digital and immediately accessible upon purchase, we have a strict no-refund policy in place to protect Sarah's intellectual property, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Once delivered, digital products are considered “used,” and unfortunately, this means we are unable to offer refunds or make exceptions to this policy. These terms are agreed to at the time of purchase when the checkbox confirming acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is selected during checkout and allow us to continue providing high-quality, valuable resources with fairness and consistency to all of our clients.
